Each Jocelyne piece is carefully prepared and securely packaged before being shipped.
Orders are dispatched from France using a tracked shipping service. As our jewellery is unique and valuable, shipments are sent with insurance.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated according to the destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
We hope you will love your Jocelyne piece. However, if you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To arrange a return, please contact us before sending the item back. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
The jewellery must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. As our pieces are vintage and unique, we kindly ask that they be handled with particular care.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the item until it has been safely received by us.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please note that jewellery that has been resized, engraved, altered or otherwise personalised at your request cannot be returned.
